eBay with VeraCore
About the eBay Integration
The eBay integration creates a link between VeraCore and eBay through three essential touchpoints. These touchpoints facilitate the synchronization of inventory balances, the submission of new eBay orders into VeraCore for processing, and the exchange of shipment and tracking information for shipped orders back to eBay for updates.
The eBay integration is managed and executed through VeraCore’s Integration Hub, which acts as the central control for most or all of your VeraCore integrations.
How the Touchpoints Work
Inventory Balances
VeraCore updates SKU availability in eBay based on the balances in VeraCore’s WMS, ensuring accurate availability in the online marketplace. As eBay orders are imported into VeraCore, the products are reserved in the WMS. Following a set schedule, VeraCore sends inventory balances back to eBay, updating the availability to account for new receipts and any inventory adjustments.

Orders
Once payment is confirmed for an order in eBay, the order is sent to VeraCore’s OMS for processing. The fulfillable shipping order is then automatically forwarded to the WMS for further processing and picking. After the order is picked and packed, shippers dispatch the order using VeraCore.

Shipments
After recording the shipments, VeraCore sends the shipment and tracking information back to eBay. The fulfillments sent back to eBay include product and tracking details for each shipped package. Once eBay receives the shipment and tracking data, a notification is dispatched to the customer, informing them that their order is on its way.
