VeraCore Software Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Erika Youmans to the position of Manager of Client Services. In this role, Ms. Youmans will manage the firm’s expanding team of Product Support Specialists. Ms. Youmans will also oversee support and training for VeraCore’s industry leading order fulfillment software, The VeraCore Fulfillment Solution as well as The VeraCore Business Management Solution, a management platform designed specifically for direct marketing firms.

In her time with VeraCore, Ms. Youmans has been employed in many capacities; providing front-line software support for both of the firm’s products, developing the company’s documentation and training materials, provide training and overseeing countless implementations of the VeraCore software at commercial printers, direct mailers and fulfillment companies throughout the North America.
